Join Baazeem Trading Company as a Senior Key Account Executive and play a pivotal role in driving our growth within the modern trade sector. You will act as the strategic link between our company and major retail headquarters, ensuring our brands achieve market leadership through exceptional execution and strong partnerships.

Missions principales

  • Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for assigned key accounts at the head office level.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain high-level relationships with central buyers and key decision-makers.
  • Drive the seamless implementation of pricing strategies, promotional activities, and commercial agreements across all retail outlets.
  • Monitor and align with client headquarters to ensure rapid execution of all commercial directives.
  • Analyze account performance and sales data to proactively support and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead and supervise a team of merchandisers to maintain premium in-store execution standards.
  • Guarantee product availability, optimal visibility, and strict compliance with agreed-upon planograms.
  • Provide actionable market intelligence regarding consumer trends and competitor movements.

Profil recherche

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG non-food sector.
  • Demonstrated track record of working directly with central purchasing teams at the head office level.
  • Direct experience managing major retail chains such as Danube, Panda, Othaim, Lulu, Al Jazira, or similar large-scale distributors.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage field execution through merchandising teams.

Competences requises

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Advanced stakeholder management and professional negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
