Senior Manager Solutions Architecture

About the role

Riyadh Air is looking for a senior leader to design and own the technology engine that powers personalised, real‑time customer experiences across its airline ecosystem. Embedded in the Enterprise Architecture and Technology Strategy function, you will drive the architecture, design and implementation of solutions that support core corporate functions such as HR, Finance, Procurement and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end design, implementation and governance of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (AEM, AEP, RTCDP, AJO, Analytics, Target).
• Create architectural blueprints, reference models and integration patterns to ensure scalability, security and future‑readiness.
• Define and enforce architecture principles, guardrails and governance processes.
• Collaborate with agile delivery teams, stakeholders and external partners to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with data‑privacy regulations (GDPR, PDPL, DPDP) and manage consent frameworks.

Required profile

• University degree with at least 10 years of IT experience, including 5 years in a solution or enterprise architecture role.
• Proven track record designing solutions across the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns (APIs, GraphQL, event‑driven, Kafka/Kinesis).
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and modern architecture practices.
• Solid understanding of data modelling, CDPs and the Experience Data Model (XDM).
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills in agile, transformation‑driven environments.
