Senior Manager – Strategic Development

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a dynamic Senior Manager to lead strategic development initiatives that support its vision of becoming a global hub for entertainment, sports, and culture. The role combines high‑level planning, project execution, and stakeholder coordination across multiple disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic development plans aligned with corporate objectives and Qiddiya’s vision.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of development projects.
• Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to inform strategic decisions.
• Engage and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, government entities, and external partners.
• Oversee monitoring and reporting of project progress, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and growth within the development portfolio.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Urban Planning, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8‑12 years of experience in strategic development, real estate, or project management.
• Proven experience leading complex development projects from strategy through execution.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
