Senior Marketing Manager Destination Marketing

About the role

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the marketing strategy and brand positioning for a large‑scale destination or real‑estate development. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the role works closely with commercial, development and operational teams to drive awareness, engagement and commercial success across target audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive destination marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
• Define and strengthen the destination’s positioning, brand proposition and market presence.
• Create integrated campaigns across digital, social, content, PR, events and other relevant channels.
• Identify priority customer and visitor segments and design targeted outreach strategies.
• Manage campaigns from strategy and planning through execution, performance measurement and optimisation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies/partners to extend reach and ensure alignment with the overall destination strategy.

Required profile

• Strong experience in destination marketing or a closely related environment such as tourism, mixed‑use or large‑scale real‑estate projects.
• Proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable working with multiple internal and external parties.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to link marketing activities to business objectives.
• Ability to use market research, customer insights and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
