Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

Visa is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead large‑scale marketing strategies across the KBO region. You will shape brand initiatives, collaborate with agency partners, and drive digital partnership programs that amplify Visa’s presence in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies that increase Visa’s value and recognition in the region.
• Design insights‑driven, scaled brand marketing programs and campaigns.
• Coordinate with digital, creative, and media agencies to produce brand campaigns that boost Visa’s share of voice.
• Act as the custodian of the Visa brand, ensuring all communications align with global standards.
• Activate global sponsorships and product initiatives locally.
• Identify opportunities to scale programs within the Marketing Services function.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with the CEMEA hub brand team to stay current on brand strategy and guidelines.
• Develop strategic partnership initiatives with platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google to enhance brand visibility.

Required profile

• Significant experience in a multinational environment with a strong blend of strategic oversight and executional excellence.
• Proven track record in delivering successful, integrated marketing programs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently from conception to completion.
• Proactive self‑management, high energy, and strong presentation skills.
