Senior Officer Logistics

About the role

Riyadh Air is seeking a Senior Officer Logistics to lead the planning, coordination and execution of logistics activities that support maintenance operations, AOG events and strategic initiatives. The role ensures full compliance with aviation and trade regulations while contributing to the airline’s growing fleet and operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate logistics for aircraft maintenance and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) events.
• Execute logistics operations that align with strategic operational initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations, GACA import/export rules and aviation customs requirements.
• Monitor and optimise logistics tracking systems and ERP tools.

Required profile

• Eligibility to live and work in Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Aviation Management or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of logistics experience in the aviation or aerospace sector, including international shipping and customs.
• Strong knowledge of IATA DGR, GACA regulations and aviation customs compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with logistics tracking systems.
• Experience using ERP tools.
• Knowledge of AMOS software.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
