Senior Operations Program Specialist

About the role

Lenovo is seeking a Senior Operations Program Specialist to drive performance excellence across its Saudi operations. You will own the KPI framework, lead cost‑reduction initiatives and ensure optimal budget execution to support Lenovo’s global growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the overall KPI system for all departments, setting clear performance targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, analyze data, and track improvement actions.
• Lead MVA, cost‑reduction, and productivity‑improvement projects.
• Monitor budget execution, enforce cost control measures, and optimize operational expenditures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar operations or cost‑management role.
• Strong analytical abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
