Senior Oracle Functional Consultant (ERP)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Functional Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and support of Oracle ERP solutions across Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Asset Management, Projects, and Manufacturing. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into robust Oracle configurations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and configure Oracle Procurement, Inventory, Supply Chain, EAM, Projects and Manufacturing modules.
• Participate in Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation and transformation initiatives.
• Conduct workshops, produce functional design documents, and perform fit‑gap analysis.
• Support CRP, SIT, UAT, cut‑over, data migration, go‑live and post‑production stabilization.
• Design end‑to‑end business processes and define integration requirements with third‑party applications.
• Collaborate with technical consultants on interfaces, reports, conversions, extensions and workflows.
• Troubleshoot functional and integration issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and ensure compliance with Oracle best practices and security standards.
• Identify opportunities for automation, simplification and continuous improvement.
• Prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, configuration guides and user training materials.

Required profile

• 10+ years of Oracle ERP functional experience, primarily in SCM, Procurement, Inventory, Projects, EAM or Manufacturing.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle EBS; Oracle Fusion Cloud experience is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to manage full‑cycle implementations and integrations.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI‑ACP or Oracle certifications are advantageous.
