Senior Planning Manager (Saudi National)

About the role

KBR is seeking a Saudi‑national Senior Planning Manager to lead planning, scheduling and coordination for a landmark mixed‑use infrastructure programme in Riyadh. Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, you will oversee the creation and maintenance of the master schedule and ensure alignment across all project packages.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of planners and ensure high‑quality schedule delivery.
• Develop and maintain the project work breakdown structure and integrated master schedule.
• Coordinate with package managers, consultants and contractors to gather schedule data.
• Analyse and report on consultant and contractor progress, performing critical‑path analysis.
• Conduct independent risk analyses of external schedules.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for senior management.

Required profile

• BSc in construction management, engineering, architecture or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 15 years overall relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a senior planning role on large civil/infrastructure projects.
• At least 5 years regional experience in the Middle East.
• Professional memberships or chartered status in a relevant discipline.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and strong report‑writing abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Primavera P6.
• Proficiency with Pert master.
• Strong command of MS Office.
• Expertise in CPM networks, resource and cost loading, and risk management techniques.
