Senior Production Manager

About the role

Almarai is seeking a Senior Production Manager to lead self‑directing, multi‑functional teams responsible for processing and packing poultry products. The role ensures that internal customer orders are fulfilled on time, within defined product specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage production teams to meet internal customer service requirements while adhering to quality and safety standards.
• Ensure all poultry products are packed according to specifications and cost parameters.
• Optimize product quality, yield, and plant utilization to maximize contribution to profit.
• Conduct health and safety training and enforce safe work practices.
• Plan and control manpower and resources to achieve production targets.
• Identify and implement staff development initiatives to meet future business challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Poultry Processing Technology or a related field.
• 7–9 years of experience in a poultry processing plant.
• HACCP certification.
• Knowledge of ISO 22000 standards.
