Senior Team Manager

About the role

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager to lead a multi‑functional team responsible for intake and processing of poultry products in Hail, Saudi Arabia. The role ensures product specifications, quality and safety standards are met while supporting the company’s growth and expansion plans.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a self‑directing, multi‑functional team to efficiently intake birds and process poultry products.
• Ensure adherence to defined product specifications, quality, and safety standards (ISO 9001, HACCP).
• Coordinate production and maintenance plans with Production Management.
• Maintain a safe working environment and reduce workplace incidents.
• Operate and oversee automated process control systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar poultry or food production role, preferably in high‑volume operations.
• Experience managing a multicultural workforce.
• Strong computer literacy and excellent written and spoken English.
• Preferred certifications: Supervisory Management, Internal Auditing, HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000.

Required skills

• Implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 and HACCP standards.
• Knowledge of GMP and ISO 22000 food safety standards.
• Experience with automated process control systems.
• Computer literacy (e.g., MS Office, production software).
