Senior Program Manager – Cloud Strategic Initiatives (KSA)

About the role

The MENAT Strategic Initiatives team is expanding its footprint in Saudi Arabia to drive cloud adoption and digital transformation aligned with Vision 2030. We seek a Senior Program Manager based in KSA who will own end‑to‑end delivery of cross‑region programs, work directly with senior leadership and external stakeholders, and influence multiple functional teams without direct authority.

Key responsibilities

• Define program scope, milestones, success metrics and delivery timelines for KSA‑focused initiatives.
• Build and maintain governance frameworks, track progress, and proactively manage risks and blockers.
• Coordinate with Saudi government entities, public‑sector organisations and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
• Engage senior internal leaders and external C‑suite executives to secure alignment and resources.
• Serve as the connective tissue between sales, professional services, partner, marketing and public‑sector teams.
• Produce concise, data‑driven status updates, dashboards and executive summaries for weekly business reviews, QBRs and government briefings.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, comfortable with ambiguity and able to operate independently across multiple workstreams.
• Proven experience influencing without formal authority in matrixed organisations.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex program details into clear executive narratives.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders, government officials and C‑suite customers.
