Senior Project Manager – Fit‑Out (Large Mixed‑Use Development)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of fit‑out packages for a major mixed‑use development in Saudi Arabia. The project includes sports, entertainment, arts facilities and associated infrastructure, requiring high‑spec finishes and themed installations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of fit‑out packages across entertainment, hospitality and themed assets, meeting time, cost and quality targets.
• Manage contractors, specialist subcontractors and suppliers delivering high‑spec finishes.
• Coordinate design, MEP, architectural and themed elements to ensure seamless integration.
• Drive programme adherence, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies during fast‑track fit‑out phases.
• Monitor budgets, variations and commercial performance of fit‑out works.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality assurance and project governance requirements.
• Interface with client, operators and stakeholders to align on operational readiness and guest experience.
• Support testing, commissioning, snagging and handover in line with operational and brand standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a project manager delivering fit‑out packages on large‑scale entertainment, theme‑park, hospitality or luxury developments.
• Strong understanding of high‑end finishes, themed environments and specialist interior installations.
• Experience in complex, multi‑package international programmes.
• Demonstrated leadership of contractors and multidisciplinary teams in fast‑paced projects.
• Commitment to health, safety, well‑being and quality assurance best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management with ability to engage clients, operators and design teams.
• Relevant degree in construction management, engineering or related discipline; professional membership (e.g., RICS, CIOB) desirable.
