As a Senior Project Manager specializing in Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance (SCF), you will spearhead end-to-end transformations, ensuring seamless integration between core banking systems and global financial networks while maintaining strict compliance with KSA regulatory standards.

Missions principales

• Lead large-scale Trade Finance and SCF initiatives (imports, exports, guarantees, letters of credit, discounting) in collaboration with Business, Operations, Compliance, and IT teams.
• Drive the technical implementation and integration of solutions with core banking systems (Temenos), middleware, and external networks such as SWIFT and SADAD.
• Translate complex business requirements into precise system configurations and customization specifications.
• Manage vendor delivery performance, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are strictly respected.
• Ensure full alignment with SAMA regulatory frameworks and IFRS standards regarding trade finance operations.
• Monitor project milestones, identify delivery risks, and coordinate mitigation strategies with senior stakeholders.
• Oversee testing, validation, and production deployment activities to ensure operational excellence.

Profil recherché

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8 to 12+ years of proven experience managing Trade Finance or Supply Chain Finance programs within a banking environment.
• Deep expertise in Corporate Banking and Trade Finance operations.
• Hands-on experience with Temenos or equivalent core banking platforms.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technological execution.

Competences requises

• Expertise in Trade Finance products (LC, Guarantees, SCF platforms).
• Proficiency in Core Banking Systems (Temenos preferred) and SWIFT/SADAD integration.
• Strong knowledge of SAMA regulations and IFRS standards.
• Advanced Project Management methodologies and vendor management.
• Stakeholder management and strategic communication.
