Senior Project Quality Specialist – Saudi National

About the role

Parsons is seeking a Senior Project Quality Specialist (Saudi National) to lead the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Project Quality Management System for an Airport/Infrastructure/Airfield project. The role provides specialist quality support across engineering, construction, procurement, commissioning, and project management teams, ensuring compliance with contractual and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and maintenance of the Project Quality Management System (QMS).
• Monitor compliance with the Project Quality Plan, procedures, specifications, standards, and contractual requirements.
• Review and approve quality procedures, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, checklists, and related documentation.
• Conduct quality surveillance, inspections, and audits across project activities.
• Identify quality risks, trends, and non‑conformances; drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform root‑cause analysis for significant or recurring quality issues.
• Prepare audit plans, reports, findings, and follow‑up actions; monitor closure of audit findings.
• Review contractor and subcontractor Quality Management Systems and support pre‑qualification assessments.

Required profile

• Saudi National.
• Senior‑level experience in project quality management within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, construction, procurement, commissioning, project management).
• Strong understanding of contractual quality requirements and client expectations.
