Senior Store Operative – Riyadh

About the role

The Senior Store Operative will ensure that back‑of‑house operations in the Riyadh store meet Chalhoub Group’s high standards. You will be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, coordinating with supply‑chain functions and supporting day‑to‑day store activities, including occasional after‑hours tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular store visits to verify back‑of‑house operational standards.
• Monitor stock accuracy, investigate discrepancies and support stock counts.
• Manage PLV orders, store‑to‑store transfers, deliveries, returns and stock adjustments.
• Coordinate with Stores, Warehouse, Supply Chain and Operations to resolve stock and operational issues.
• Track FOCUS tasks and operational actions through to completion.
• Analyse operational reports to identify risks, root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with inventory and operational procedures.
• Provide support for operational or maintenance activities outside regular working hours when required.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end stock flow and supply‑chain processes.
• Ability to analyse data, identify root causes and propose improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional after‑hours support.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel for operational reporting.
• Experience using a stock management system.
