Senior Technical Account Manager

About the role

This senior, customer‑facing role focuses on driving successful adoption and long‑term value for strategic technology accounts. You will act as a trusted technical partner, helping customers implement solutions, overcome challenges, and expand their use of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic customers, building strong relationships with technical stakeholders and executive decision‑makers.
• Develop and execute personalized success plans to increase adoption, maximize platform value, and identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with Sales to deliver executive business reviews and with Technical Support to resolve product issues and bug tickets.
• Collaborate with Product teams to submit, prioritize, and track feature requests, advocating for roadmap improvements.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally, de‑escalate urgent situations, and contribute to documentation and internal processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a customer‑facing technology role such as Technical Account Manager, Account Manager, or Product Manager.
• Strong understanding of developer workflows, CI/CD environments, and source‑control systems.
• Professional background or genuine interest in DevSecOps, application security, or related cybersecurity disciplines.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and strategic thinking skills.
