Service Technician

About the role

UNOX, a market leader in high‑end ovens, is seeking a Service Technician to join its Service Team in Jeddah. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing UNOX equipment at customer sites across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site service and support to customers, travelling up to 80% of the time.
• Oversee installation, repairs, preventive maintenance and functionality testing of UNOX ovens and related equipment.
• Diagnose technical issues and determine the most appropriate corrective actions.
• Train customers on proper operation and safety procedures.
• Prepare detailed service reports after each visit.

Required profile

• Fluency in English.
• Strong problem‑solving and diagnostic abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and react positively to challenges.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the electromechanical field, preferably with HVAC systems or professional kitchen equipment.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Saudi Arabia.
