Factory Shift Supervisor

About the role

The role involves overseeing all operations during the overnight and day shifts at the Almanhal Water Factory, ensuring smooth production flow, safety compliance, and effective shift control.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the activities of all employees on the shift, ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures, while providing coaching, training, and corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain a professional, high‑quality, service‑oriented environment throughout the shift, promoting consistency and excellence in all operational tasks.
• Act as manager on duty in the absence of the plant manager, handling complaints, problem‑solving, disturbances, special requests, and any other issues that arise.
• Coordinate night and day shift operations, ensuring all team members complete assigned tasks and facilitating communication with front‑office and other departments.
• Enforce Nestlé EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) rules and procedures at all times to protect the safety of yourself and coworkers.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead a larger group of employees.
• Strong computer proficiency with accurate data‑entry capabilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours covering both night and day shifts.
