ServiceNow Developer – ITSM Process Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Service Management professional with deep expertise in ServiceNow to govern, manage, and continuously improve ITSM processes across on‑premise and cloud environments. The successful candidate will ensure service delivery excellence, drive process improvements, and support technical enhancements through development and integration work.

Key responsibilities

• Govern, manage, and optimize ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Request Management) within ServiceNow.
• Implement, configure, and maintain ServiceNow components, including MID Servers.
• Support and develop change requests, platform customizations, and workflow enhancements.
• Design, develop, and maintain API and web‑service integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Troubleshoot platform, workflow, and integration issues.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to enhance service management capabilities.
• Document processes, configurations, and technical implementations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Strong experience in ITSM lifecycle and process management.
• Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow in both on‑premise and cloud environments.
• Good understanding of Incident, Change, and Request Management processes.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
