Showroom Customer Service Representative

About the role

Baytonia is seeking a Showroom Customer Service Representative to welcome visitors, answer product and order queries, and ensure a seamless experience from entry to delivery. The role blends front‑of‑house hospitality with coordination across sales, warehouse and after‑sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist showroom customers, directing them according to their needs and providing clear information on products, policies, delivery timelines and after‑sales procedures.
• Handle inquiries about orders, warranties, exchanges and returns, and update customer records with accurate contact details and special requests.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Delivery and After‑Sales teams to confirm orders, provide delivery updates and resolve complaints.
• Maintain the reception area, ensure catalogs and promotional materials are available, and record all interactions in the approved system.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma with prior experience in customer service or sales, preferably in retail or furniture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, professional appearance and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Fluency in Arabic; English is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on‑site according to the approved shift schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using sales or customer‑service management systems.
