Site Digital Key User & Capability Leader

About the role

The Site Digital Key User & Capability Leader acts as the primary authority for digital systems on a manufacturing site, covering materials management, production, quality and maintenance. The role ensures that digital solutions are adopted, processes are compliant, and data quality meets global standards while supporting operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the site’s Local Process Digital Authority for ERP, MES and other manufacturing digital systems.
• Lead deployment, stabilization and continuous improvement of digital solutions, partnering with site leadership to drive adoption of standardized processes.
• Represent site operational needs, risks and opportunities in enterprise transformation programs.
• Manage data conversion activities, validate legacy data, define cleansing scope and oversee data classification and enrichment for go‑live.
• Validate that global process designs and system configurations meet site requirements while maintaining compliance.
• Collaborate with Global Process Digital Authorities and the Master Data Governance team to ensure process consistency and data integrity.
• Support system testing, user acceptance, deployment readiness reviews and maintain governance documentation.
• Define and execute a capability strategy post‑implementation, delivering role‑based training and maintaining curricula aligned with global standards.
• Act as the primary escalation point for digital system issues, distinguishing between training gaps, process gaps and standards updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience with ERP and MES implementations in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of materials management, production, quality and maintenance processes.
• Ability to lead deployment, stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience in data conversion, master data governance and process documentation.
• Excellent collaboration skills with site leadership and global digital teams.
• Capability to design and deliver role‑based training programs.
