IT Team Lead – Cloud Architecture & Support

About the role

The IT Team Lead will own the organisation's cloud architecture, endpoint, identity and overall IT infrastructure across all business entities. This role blends hands‑on cloud engineering with people leadership to drive strategic IT initiatives that support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and govern cloud architecture, tenant design, identity management, access governance and licensing.
• Lead cybersecurity and compliance programmes, including security tooling, monitoring and regulatory reporting.
• Administer ERP user access, security roles and licensing, supporting roll‑outs across functional modules.
• Design, implement and maintain network and hosting infrastructure for new digital initiatives.
• Manage the IT Support team’s workload, ticket queues and performance; act as technical escalation point.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of IT infrastructure or cloud engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ‑104) certification (required); Microsoft 365 or security certification (e.g., SC‑300) preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, SIEM and EDR security tools.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
