Site Reliability Engineer – DevSecOps & Sovereign Cloud

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Site Reliability Engineer with a strong DevSecOps background to design, operate, and secure regulated cloud environments on AWS and GCP. The role blends cloud operations, security engineering, and SRE practices to ensure platform reliability and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters across AWS and GCP.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines with Git and GitLab.
• Manage secrets and credentials with HashiCorp Vault.
• Monitor systems and observability using Datadog.
• Handle 24x7 incident response and management via PagerDuty.
• Lead incident bridges for P1/P2 outages, conduct root‑cause analysis and drive remediation.
• Embed security‑by‑design principles and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of hands‑on experience in DevSecOps or SRE roles.
• Proven expertise managing Kubernetes clusters and Terraform deployments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security (IAM, encryption, container security, vulnerability management).
• Experience in regulated or compliance‑driven environments.
• Ability to script automation in Python or Bash.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, VPNs, private endpoints).
• Customer‑focused mindset with excellent incident leadership skills.
• Cloud certifications are a plus.
