Social Media & Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media & Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence in the real‑estate market. The role involves developing and executing digital strategies that attract and retain clients while showcasing our properties across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social‑media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.
• Create, curate and manage engaging content on Instagram, X/Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok and other channels.
• Monitor and analyse performance using analytics tools, adjusting tactics to optimise results.
• Maintain website content, ensuring it is up‑to‑date and SEO‑optimized.
• Produce high‑quality visual assets – photos, videos and graphics – to showcase properties and events.
• Engage with online communities, respond to inquiries and build relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Support the organisation of open houses, events and other marketing activities.
• Generate targeted leads through campaigns across all platforms to support the sales team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 4–10 years of experience in social‑media management and digital marketing, preferably within real‑estate.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design.
• Experience using video‑editing software to produce marketing videos.
