Soft Services Consultant

About the role

The Soft Services Consultant will provide governance, performance assurance and technical oversight for all soft services – cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, pest control and consumables – across Dussmann‑Ajlan & Bros facilities in Riyadh. The role ensures compliance with contracts, SLAs, BICSc standards, HSE, environmental regulations and ESG principles while driving continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of soft services across diverse environments (clinics, offices, kitchens, accommodation, warehouses, helipad, server rooms) ensuring contract scope and quality standards are met.
• Prepare and review soft‑services contract documents, SLAs/KPIs and service specifications.
• Validate annual cleaning, deep‑cleaning, pest‑control and waste‑management plans and monitor their execution.
• Track KPI performance, analyse scorecards, manage complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Manage waste segregation, storage, transport and disposal in line with HSE and local regulations.
• Govern pest‑control programmes, treatment logs and contractor performance.
• Control consumables and chemicals, ensuring compliance with COSHH/HSE and sustainability practices.
• Implement inspection, NCR issuance and closure procedures to maintain audit readiness.
• Evaluate contractor manpower, supervision and training compliance.
• Support ESG initiatives, waste‑reduction programmes and sustainable cleaning practices.
• Lead NCR management, root‑cause analysis and continuous‑improvement actions.
• Prepare performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Background in hospitality or hotel management, preferably with an MBA.
• BICSc qualification or equivalent and ISO Internal Auditor certification (ISO 9001, 41001, 45001, 14001).
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification is desirable.
• Strong leadership, contractor management and analytical mindset.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 41001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Familiarity with BICSc standards and ESG requirements.
• Experience with KPI dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
• Proficiency in CAFM/CMMS tools such as Maximo.
• Use of inspection and audit tools, NCR tracking systems and document‑control platforms (SharePoint/EDMS).
