About the role
Everhires, a Saudi‑based hospitality and food & beverage company, is seeking a Floor Manager to supervise daily front‑of‑house operations and ensure high standards of service, cleanliness and presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily front‑of‑house operations and staff during service.
- Ensure service, cleanliness, and presentation standards are met.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate floor timing with the kitchen for smooth service.
- Manage staff schedules, shift coverage, and conduct pre‑shift briefings.
- Oversee POS operations, cash handling, and reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with municipality hygiene and safety standards.
Required profile
- 2–4 years experience in a restaurant floor or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
- Bilingual Arabic/English preferred.
- Willingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma; hospitality diploma is a plus.
