Software Architect – Digital Recruitment Platform

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Software Architect to define and evolve the technical foundation of Imploy, a digital recruitment platform connecting talent and employers. You will work hands‑on with a live production system, influencing architecture, data, cloud, and AI components.

Key responsibilities

• Define the target architecture and technical roadmap for the platform.
• Lead architectural decisions across applications, data, cloud infrastructure, and AI services.
• Design and evolve a canonical data model and oversee data migration in production.
• Establish scalable job and occupation taxonomies using standards such as ESCO, ISCO, O*NET or SOC.
• Shape technology standards and design patterns across .NET, Microsoft Azure, web and mobile applications.
• Strengthen engineering practices including CI/CD, environment management, versioning and deployment.

Required profile

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in software architecture.
• Proven track record designing and scaling high‑traffic digital platforms or marketplaces.
• Hands‑on experience with production systems, large‑scale data environments and system modernization.
• Ability to influence technical initiatives across distributed engineering teams without direct reporting lines.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
