Software Engineer – Zoho Platform Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer to join our Riyadh team and take ownership of building, customizing, and optimizing applications within the Zoho ecosystem. The role focuses on workflow design, process automation, and seamless integration with third‑party systems to boost business efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and related tools based on business needs.
• Write, optimize, and maintain Deluge scripts to create custom workflows, functions, and validations.
• Design automated workflows that improve operational productivity.
• Integrate Zoho solutions with external systems using REST APIs and connectors.
• Provide technical support and user training for effective application use.
• Ensure data integrity, perform migrations, and generate accurate reports.
• Test applications, troubleshoot issues, and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Zoho developer or in a similar application programming role.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving abilities.
