Software Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Software Sales Specialist to bridge technical specifications and commercial strategy. You will analyse market trends, understand client needs and drive sales growth for our software, hardware and IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales outreach, manage client meetings and generate interest in our solutions.
• Prepare and deliver commercial presentations and live software demonstrations.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet individual and team revenue targets.
• Respond to RFPs/RFQs, drafting detailed technical and commercial proposals.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows and field‑specific events.
• Consult with clients to analyse business needs and recommend optimal technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot initial hardware/software inquiries and coordinate with technical teams for complex issues.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activity and supply‑and‑demand trends.
• Organise sales schedules and generate periodic reports and forecasts for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven B2B tech or software sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, client‑friendly language.
• Excellent time‑management, organisational and detail‑orientation skills.
• Resilience under pressure and adaptability to fast‑changing technology environments.
• Team‑player who can collaborate with technical support, engineering and management.
