Specialist Omnichannel Execution – Area Visual Merchandiser

About the role

The Specialist Omnichannel Execution – Area Visual Merchandiser will lead the implementation of visual merchandising standards across a portfolio of stores in Jeddah. You will ensure a consistent consumer journey, support omni‑channel campaigns and drive sell‑through by translating brand guidelines into compelling in‑store experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Implement best‑practice visual merchandising and in‑store communication standards.
• Train, guide and motivate In‑Store Visual Merchandisers (ISVM) to achieve execution excellence.
• Cascade brand and VM guidelines to store teams, ensuring accountability.
• Measure and report retail productivity, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Support omni‑channel campaign planning with field insights and ensure campaign readiness at store level.
• Audit and order VM tools in collaboration with retail and omni‑channel teams.
• Lead new store openings, aligning execution with brand concepts.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail marketing or omni‑channel execution.
• Strong understanding of consumer journeys, store layout and product presentation.
• Ability to influence and coach store teams and ISVMs.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on process efficiency.
