Sales Director – Remote (KSA)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing digital‑trust and e‑signature company seeking a Sales Director to lead our commercial organization across SME, Corporate and Enterprise segments. The role is fully remote and focuses on building high‑performing teams, driving commercial discipline and scaling revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own sales performance across all segments and coach Sales Managers and Team Leads.
• Run pipeline reviews and deal coaching to improve discovery, positioning and close rates.
• Manage the SDR function and outbound playbooks to maintain a healthy qualified pipeline.
• Own forecasting, CRM discipline (HubSpot) and reporting, driving improvements in deal velocity.
• Support complex, high‑value deals, proposals and RFPs in partnership with Product, Legal and Engineering.
• Lead RevOps initiatives to enhance tooling, processes and productivity across the sales organization.

Required profile

• 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including managing managers/teams.
• Proven track record building and scaling sales teams across SME, mid‑market and enterprise.
• Strong forecasting, pipeline management and commercial negotiation skills.
• Experience collaborating with RevOps, Marketing, Product and Customer Success.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with deep knowledge of the Saudi market.
• Excellent leadership and coaching abilities.
