Sr. Manager - Data Analytics

About the role

The Senior Manager – Data Analytics will lead the collection, analysis and presentation of IT‑related data, partnering with IT teams and business stakeholders to transform raw information into actionable insights that drive strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse IT operational data to identify trends, patterns and performance insights.
• Design, build and maintain visual dashboards, reports and standardized reporting templates.
• Apply statistical analysis and data‑modelling techniques to support decision‑making.
• Define, track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT services, system availability and incident response.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and ensure timely delivery.
• Establish data‑governance policies, ensure data quality, and oversee data integration, warehousing and metadata management.
• Collaborate with IT and business partners to understand reporting needs and develop a comprehensive reporting framework.
• Lead the analytics team, manage talent acquisition, performance objectives and resolve team conflicts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) or equivalent.
