Stakeholder Manager – Saudi National

About the role

The Stakeholder Manager will lead communication, workflow coordination, and collaboration among engineers, architects, contractors, and project managers on road and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. This senior position ensures that project execution aligns with safety, quality, and schedule requirements while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate between engineers, architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor project schedules, progress, and deliverables to avoid delays.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders and resolve conflicts or issues.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Organize and lead coordination meetings, documenting decisions and action items.
• Track resource allocation and ensure efficient use of manpower and materials.
• Review and validate project documentation, drawings, and reports.
• Identify risks and propose corrective measures to maintain project timelines.
• Support site teams with technical and administrative coordination.
• Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 12 years of experience in coordination roles within road and infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, standards, and project workflows.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality.
