Sterile Filling Operator

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Sterile Filling Operator to join our pharmaceutical production team. The position works in a classified cleanroom environment, producing high‑quality sterile ophthalmic and other sterile preparations while complying with SFDA, GMP and WHO regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate sterile filling equipment for ophthalmic and other sterile products according to standard operating procedures.
• Load and unload materials, containers and components required for each filling run.
• Perform sterile cleaning and run automated CIP (Clean‑In‑Place) and SIP (Sterilize‑In‑Place) systems.
• Maintain contamination‑free conditions under ISO 5 (Grade A) and ISO 7 (Grade B) environments, following strict gowning and cleanroom protocols.
• Accurately complete batch records, logbooks and other documentation in line with regulatory guidelines.
• Carry out routine cleaning, sterilisation of production areas and equipment, and minor equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate any equipment repairs with the maintenance team.

Required profile

• Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing or aseptic processing.
• Good knowledge of GMP, SFDA and WHO guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail, quality focus and ability to work effectively in a team.

Required skills

• Operation of sterile filling equipment.
• Use of automated CIP/SIP systems.
• Implementation of cleanroom protocols (ISO 5/ISO 7).
• Batch record and logbook documentation.
