Store Manager – Retail (M&S) – Saudi Arabia

About the role

The Store Manager will lead the Al-Futtaim Technologies retail outlet for Marks & Spencer in Saudi Arabia, ensuring the store meets its sales targets and delivers an outstanding customer experience across both physical and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the store’s sales plan by identifying and acting on opportunities to increase performance across all departments.
• Foster a selling culture, coaching the team to maximise sales in-store and through online channels.
• Analyse sales and inventory data regularly to anticipate demand and optimise product availability.
• Lead visual merchandising and ensure first-time implementation of all retail activities to maintain high presentation standards.
• Organise and execute store and regional events, collaborating with internal and external partners to boost footfall.
• Build strong relationships within the network to share best practices and provide feedback to the business.

Required profile

• Minimum 48 months (4 years) of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience reviewing sales and inventory metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
