Storekeeper – Warehouse Operations

About the role

The Storekeeper will manage all warehouse activities at Nestlé Waters KSA’s Almanhal Water Factory in Tabuk. This includes shipping, receiving, stock monitoring, quality control, and documentation of all warehouse transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Verify material handling processes and documentation for newly received items.
• Coordinate daily receipt of raw materials with stakeholders and update the ERP system.
• Record all raw materials in the ERP system, tag them with barcodes, and arrange them in the warehouse.
• Issue raw materials to production using inventory management techniques such as FIFO, LIFO, PAR levels, and average cost.
• Inspect warehouse space, raw materials, and equipment to ensure compliance with Nestlé standards.
• Perform monthly inventory counts and reconcile physical stock with ERP records.
• Follow Nestlé SHE rules to maintain a safe working environment.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar storekeeper role or recent graduate.
• Computer literate.
• Native Arabic speaker with good communication skills in English and Urdu.
