About the role
We are looking for a results‑driven Subscription Account Manager to join Nutanix’s Subscription Account Management team in Riyadh. The role focuses on driving customer renewals, maintaining high retention rates and building lasting relationships with clients across the assigned sub‑region.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve renewal quotas on schedule to support company retention goals.
- Conduct regular value‑added check‑ins with customers to ensure ongoing success.
- Collaborate with field sales, channel partners and internal finance, sales ops and revenue ops teams.
- Coordinate new‑hire training and integrate into Nutanix culture within the first 90 days.
- Develop a healthy ecosystem within the sub‑region and become the primary client contact within the first year.
Required profile
- 8+ years of experience in customer‑facing sales roles, preferably quota‑carrying.
- Strong software selling background with solid understanding of licensing and renewal processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fluent in English and Arabic.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and collaborate across functions.
Required skills
- Experience with sales forecasting tools; knowledge of Clari is a plus.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com (SFDC) for pipeline and account management.
