System Integration Lead

About the role

The organization seeks a System Integration Lead to design, automate, and operate secure cloud‑native infrastructure. You will drive system integration, deployment automation, and platform availability across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and the OutSystems application landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Provision, configure and operate OCI services including compute, networking, storage, IAM, DNS and SSL/TLS.
• Build reusable Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and manage configurations with Ansible.
• Develop and optimise CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI and manage GitOps workflows via ArgoCD.
• Containerise applications and manage Kubernetes clusters (Helm, ingress, RBAC, persistent storage).
• Support the OutSystems platform, handling environment lifecycle, load balancing and audit logging.
• Administer Linux and Windows servers, ensuring hardening, patching and performance optimisation.
• Implement observability using Prometheus, Grafana and Alertmanager, defining dashboards, SLOs and alert routing.
• Participate in incident response, disaster recovery exercises and maintain runbooks and architecture documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, system integration or platform engineering.
