Ping Identity IAM Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Ping Identity IAM Consultant with strong hands‑on expertise in implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting enterprise Identity & Access Management solutions using the Ping Identity platform. The role focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and reliable identity and access solutions across enterprise applications and environments.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure, administer, and support enterprise IAM solutions using Ping Identity products.
• Configure and manage PingFederate for federation, Single Sign‑On, and application integrations.
• Configure and support PingAccess to secure applications and APIs with appropriate access policies.
• Implement and manage PingID/PingOne for Multi‑Factor Authentication and secure user authentication.
• Integrate enterprise applications using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect standards.
• Integrate Ping Identity solutions with LDAP, Active Directory, and other identity sources.
• Manage identity lifecycle processes, including onboarding, role changes, provisioning, and de‑provisioning.
• Troubleshoot complex SSO, authentication, authorization, federation, token, certificate, and integration issues.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in Identity & Access Management within enterprise environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

Required skills

• Strong experience with Ping Identity platform (PingFederate, PingAccess, PingID, PingOne).
• Hands‑on implementation of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
• Integration experience with LDAP and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of RBAC, least‑privilege access, and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience with MFA implementation and troubleshooting.
