About the role
Beez Logistics is seeking a Systems Analyst to support its operations in Riyadh. The role bridges business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that the company’s logistics systems run efficiently and evolve with changing requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business and departmental requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external technology vendors to define solution scope and timelines.
- Assist in system testing, track issues, and support the implementation of enhancements.
- Prepare reports on system performance and analyse results to recommend improvements.
- Maintain documentation of requirements, test cases, and change requests.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in systems analysis.
- Proven ability to convert business needs into technical requirements.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience working with vendors and supporting system upgrades.
