Systems Manager – Hospitality IT

About the role

As a Systems Manager within Marriott International, you will lead the technology planning, implementation, and maintenance for a property in Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with property staff, vendors, and the executive committee to ensure all IT systems support the hospitality operations efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee acquisition, installation, and upkeep of property‑based hardware and software.
• Monitor network operations, perform scheduled backup and recovery tasks.
• Manage IT infrastructure, ensuring continuous functionality of applications and systems.
• Administer email, mail services, and maintain IT inventories.
• Provide internet support, cable management, and generate communications for system updates.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve hardware/software issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2‑4 years of experience in a similar IT management role, preferably within hospitality.
• Experience with Marriott IR Global Field Services or Marriott Systems Support is a plus.
• Relevant system‑related professional certifications are desired.
