Join Flowmingo’s Partner Program as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner. You will leverage your professional network to introduce our AI‑powered interview platform to HR professionals, recruiters, and decision‑makers, earning commissions for successful referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce Flowmingo to contacts in HR and recruiting.
• Explain how the platform integrates into hiring workflows.
• Gather and share user feedback to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each qualified client referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or consulting experience.
• Active network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Self‑starter with strong communication skills.
• Interest in flexible, high‑reward opportunities.
