About the role

Flowmingo is seeking motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to join its Partner Program. In this flexible, commission‑only role you will leverage your professional network of HR and recruiting contacts to introduce Flowmingo’s AI‑powered interview platform and help teams improve their hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce Flowmingo to HR professionals, recruiters and decision‑makers within your existing network and new contacts.
• Explain how the platform integrates with current hiring workflows and support new users during onboarding.
• Collect and relay feedback from prospects and early adopters to inform product enhancements.
• Earn commissions for each successful client referral, with additional bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or consultant with an active, relevant network.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add measurable value to hiring processes.
• Comfortable working independently, setting your own schedule and managing your own pipeline.
