Talent Acquisition Specialist – Riyadh

About the role

We are seeking a highly capable Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a leading international industrial group specializing in the aluminum sector. This role offers extensive international exposure and a supportive, growth‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for specialized Engineering, Technical, and Senior Management positions.
• Drive proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, headhunting, and specialized databases.
• Conduct screening, preliminary assessments, and candidate negotiations within designated budget parameters.
• Prepare and monitor recruitment reports and KPIs such as Time‑to‑Fill, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Pipeline Status.
• Handle bulk/volume recruitment drives and recruitment events as needed.

Required profile

• 2 to 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Proven background recruiting for Industrial, Manufacturing, EPC, Construction, or Recruitment/Manpower Outsourcing environments.
• Track record of recruiting both engineering/technical roles and corporate/senior management roles.
• Strong closing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment metrics, ATS software, and reporting tools.
