HR Administrator – Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented HR Administrator to support day‑to‑day human resources operations, maintain employee records, coordinate HR activities and assist recruitment efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and recruitment logistics.
• Prepare HR letters, contracts, and documentation.
• Support payroll input and attendance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Familiarity with Saudi labor regulations and GOSI processes.
• Saudi national or valid transferable iqama preferred.

Required skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/systems.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Basic knowledge of Saudi labor law.
