Talent Acquisition Specialist (Saudi Market)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for specialized technical roles within the Saudi market. The role focuses on sourcing, assessing, and hiring talent for IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Aviation and related functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for multiple vacancies.
• Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, professional networks and other channels.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, assess candidates and prepare shortlists for hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates.
• Support offer negotiation and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines, talent pools and accurate records in the ATS.
• Conduct talent mapping and Saudi market research to identify trends and talent availability.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire, source effectiveness and pipeline performance.
• Collaborate with recruitment agencies and external partners when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record recruiting specialized technical positions (IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Aviation).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent English; Saudi nationality preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for talent sourcing.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintaining recruitment data.
