HR & Talent Acquisition Officer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR & Talent Acquisition Officer to join NATCO Middle East in Jeddah. The role involves managing end‑to‑end recruitment and handling daily HR operations while collaborating closely with the Executive Director, Finance and department heads.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment cycles – sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers and onboarding new hires.
• Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, universities and professional networks.
• Prepare and manage employee documentation such as contracts, offer letters, salary certificates and experience letters.
• Maintain accurate personnel files in both digital and hard‑copy formats in line with Saudi regulations.
• Track contract, ID, iqama and work‑permit expiries and ensure timely renewals.
• Monitor attendance, working hours, late arrivals and absences; manage leave balances and overtime approvals.
• Prepare payroll inputs for Finance, including new joiners, exits, allowances, deductions and unpaid leave.
• Support Saudi HR compliance through Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem and Nitaqat systems.
• Produce HR reports and recruitment KPIs for management.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR queries while maintaining confidentiality.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of HR experience covering recruitment and HR operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem and Nitaqat.
• Proven ability to coordinate payroll, attendance, leave and overtime administration.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and overall MS Office suite.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (advantageous).
• Familiarity with Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem and Nitaqat systems.
• Payroll coordination and overtime processing.
