Talent Acquisition Specialist – Saudi Market (Jeddah)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for specialized technical positions in the Saudi market. The role focuses on sourcing, assessing, and hiring talent for IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Aviation and related functions while providing market insights to hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, databases and professional networks.
• Recruit for technical roles in IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Aviation and similar areas.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, assess candidates and prepare shortlists.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates.
• Support offer negotiation and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines, talent pools and accurate ATS records.
• Conduct talent mapping and Saudi market research to identify trends.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and provide recruitment recommendations.
• Monitor recruitment metrics (time‑to‑hire, source effectiveness, pipeline performance).
• Work with external agencies when required and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven experience recruiting for specialized technical positions (IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Aviation).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintaining recruitment data.
