About the role
We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our HR team in Riyadh through the Tamheer Program. This position offers hands‑on experience in full‑cycle recruitment, candidate management, and onboarding while supporting our talent acquisition goals in the food and beverage manufacturing and retail sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Post job vacancies on relevant recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with onboarding activities and new‑hire documentation.
- Prepare recruitment reports and contribute to HR analytics.
- Support employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Eligible for the Tamheer Program.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
